How do I track my order?
We've actually made this super simple! You can click on the link on your order confirmation email any time and log in to see the status of your order.
Do you offer whole sale options for other stylist ??? Yes but you have to allow 4-5 business days for this order to be processed then we will review it and ship it out you will have to call or send an email before ordering for the discount 10 Item min required .

Please note, all order discrepancies are to be reported 48 hours after receiving. PLEASE READ ABOUT CARE!!!! After you install the closure we are NOT responsible for the closure. PLEASE LET A PROFESSIONAL BLEACH THE KNOTS BECAUSE OVER BLEACHING CAN DAMAGE THE CLOSURE. A closure is a piece of lace with human hair infused into the closure strand by strand so it is very delicate. Improper installation and care of the closure will cause the closure to bald and or thin out . Directly scratching ,plucking too much or applying direct heat to the closure will damange the closure. We DO NOT replace or repair closures. If your closure is itching please only pat the closure .
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not be assigned a tracking number, please quickly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to cancel it as soon as possible.
Can I change the contents of my order?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders received, we are unable to change an order once it has been received. Please make sure you know what you are ordering before you place your order .
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after received. However, during restock and new releases it can take up to 4 days to process. USA customers can expect 3-10 days to arrive. International up to 6 weeks depedant on your local customs clearance.

Do you accept returns?
har by kira accepts returns for a store credit or refund within 7 days of reciept. If 7 days have gone by since your receiving of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. No exchanges. Return shipping is reimbursed for damaged or defective goods only. Please send an email to info email@example.com
to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to mailing and include your order number. Any returns sent without an RA will automatically be denied a refund. For additional information, please see our returns policy. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns at will.
